The
Storyline
An estate, recently acquired by a well-known family of entrepreneurs from Bergamo, becomes an exclusive place that blends work and relaxation, inspired by the Roman idea of “Negotium and Otium.”
The project aims to create a cozy environment for the family while developing a luxury brand that will attract international clients in the future.

Key objectives include: the implementation of four thematic suites, the creation of partnerships with high-quality Italian suppliers, and the initiation of future new business opportunities with selected stakeholders.
An ancient land, contemporary luxury: giving back time to what really matters. An Italian-style otium experience spread over the entire estate, in absolute privacy and in full contact with nature.
The brand: a classic name with an exclusive robe. The Greek letter as an embrace, as an original and inclusive pictograph. Brand with strong roots to the history of the place and capable of great semantic extension.
